e-Hailing Services / GRAB Waiting Lounge

The designated drop-off point for e-hailing services, including Grab, is located at the main entrance of Penang Sentral, while the pick-up point is situated on Level 2A near the car park.

A dedicated e-hailing waiting lounge and pick-up area is available on Level 2A, and passengers are advised to meet their drivers at the assigned location. After midnight, taxis are recommended as Grab availability may be limited.

For drop-offs, both e-hailing vehicles and private cars may use the designated area at the main entrance.

Note: Pick-up and drop-off locations for e-hailing services (e.g., Grab) are located in separate areas.
